Tell me... what do you all know, or think you know, about atheists/agnostics/freethinkers?

What's to really know?
All it means (via the definition most atheists use) is that an atheist is a person who lacks belief in God or gods. Seems simple and straightforward enough to me....
An agnostic, something I myself once was, is a person who is truly convinced that they cannot come to the knowledge as to whether or not there is a god or gods. They are often scorned by both sides, since we live in a world that seems to prefer certainties.
Freethinker is a bit a of a loaded term. Despite the implicit rejection of ecclesial authority or religious traditions in a traditional understanding of the word, I suspect most people consider themselves to be freethinkers, whether they meet a dictionary definition of the term or not.

They are non-believers actually. They don't adopt a religion, they don't believe in anything.
To them, there is not a life after death. I am not quite sure but I think that they believe that everything can be explained by science, namely, everything has an explanation in science dictionary. They do not accept anything going beyond the logic/mind.

Well, I am one.
I've run into a lot of people who seem to think we don't have any sense of humor. They think we are hedonistic.

Please do not generalise, all that atheists have in common is in thinking that god does not exist.
