ok, this guy is my best friend. He makes me laugh, he's very hot, and he might like me. Well, what people are noticing is that whenever I'm turning around he's looking at me. Or, when he's talking to someone else he looks at me for a second, and then well... I turn around... But my friends say that even when I turn around he's still looking. Does he just wanna get in my pants or does he want a serious relationship?

You'll never know for certain what a man's intentions are when he first likes you. It's quite normal in fact that a man doesn't know or hasn't thought about his ultimate intentions with you.
If I was you I'd wait for him to make any moves but to make sure everything happens at your pace. You'll never know for sure if a guy really likes you or was just accepting the opportunity if you make the first move.
Unfortunately, for most men sex comes before love. So if you give them sex before there's love (or at least a strong bond) then there's no incentive to fall in love with you.
Men tend to fall in love with a girl they always feel they are chasing or that they haven't totally 'got'.
So my suggestion is carry on just as you are and if it turns out he does want more, make him work for it!

They say the best relationships are ones where you are friends first. Sounds like he has an interest in you beyond your friendship. I would test the waters. Dont assume he just wants "in your pants". If you have created a "best friend" relationship, you are past the petty "get into your pants stage". he woulda tried from the git-go.
Drop him the hint and see what happens. I think its safe to say that he is feelin a little more than friendship. But be careful, if you come on too strong, he may run. be subtle. Or have your friends in on it, but dont tell them you are interested in him. You know they will tell him and then you are stuck in that awkward stage. Be careful on how you handle it, but I really think your feelings are warranted. I think he likes you!!! Good luck

Why not ask him? Be straight forward and ask him if he considers you more than just a friend?
Question is, are you interested in having him for more than just a friend?
