Can we feel brain tumor touching the scalp i have a sensation amd mild pain on right side of scalp is it tumor

You wouldn't be able to feel a brain tumor through your scalp because the brain is covered by the skull. You may actually have some kind of head injury, though. Head trauma is very serious and I would advise you to go and have it checked as soon as you can.
