No that is not true, either according to most modern Christians or to the Christian Bible. Both Christians and Muslims see their respective faiths as being for the whole world, because it comes from God who made the whole world.

Jesus did come as a Jew and his ministry was mainly to the Jews, but he purposely went into non-Jewish places several times, accompanied by his Jewish disciples, to try and prepare his disciples for the concept that non-Jews could become members of the kingdom of God. He also healed and preached to non-Jewish people like Samaritans, Romans, and Canaanite woman, sometimes praising their faith as being greater than any he had seen amongst his own people. And before he left the planet, he told his disciples to go to all parts of the earth and teach all people to be his disciples.

Interesting youtube links by the way, good well reasonsed and delivered counter-polemics. However, i think the reall difference there is in the views of Christians and Muslims about how sacred text is inspired and how it comes down to us and how we are able to understand it. Many Christians would argue that the message itself is from God, but it comes to us through a particular human language and a particular culture. It can be translated, just like anything in one language can be translated into another, and it is true that some things are lost in translation, but God, through the same Holy Spirit who inspired the writing of the Bibke, is still able to communicate his message to those who wish to understand it, in spite of human limitations like language.

It is true that Jesus came unto the Jews. This is because the fulfillment of the prophecies and the promises of God were through the chosen people.

However, the Bible and Christ is quite emphatic that the Gentiles (non-Jews) were now accepted into the same promises through the death of Christ. Ephesians tells us that the mystery of the ages is "Christ in you, the hope of glory" which is now made open to the non-Jew.

Islam may be for the whole world because Islam believes in world domination and will kill or enslave all who do not accept it. Jesus on the other hand made it possible for those who do receive him willingly to become children of God (John 1:12).

John 3:16 For God so loved the WORLD that he gave his only begotten son. That WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Matthew 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

Romans 2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

Yes friend Jesus came for all that would believe on him. He came for you also. I pray you come to realize his free gift of salvation for you.

God bless you will be keeping you in prayer.
