I am a college student and ladies with this type hair pls answer and suggest some good styles. All i presently do is braiding.

I'm a hairdresser and have to say I agree with the other anwser. Extremely long hair really ages a person and makes then look out of date. Please consider a more stylish length, That doesn't mean short! But maybe just under the Bra strap or middle of the back. you could add long layers and maybe alittle face framing. this would be very complimentary and update your look.Baby steps may be the key for you. If you are wearing it up or back all the time then it might be time. Think Jennifer Anniston when she had the really long hair w/layers and framing-Super Cute!

Do not cut your hair!
I have long hair too, and am waiting fro it to be as long as yours so I can try the Princess Lea style. She had some beautifully long hair, and it was always so cute.
People who say long hair is nasty are being rude. Long hair is not nasty.
I have to agree with the other gentleman who said he is getting his cut for locks of love... I have though about that too...for when my hair gets down to my ankles, then I might cut half of it for this good cause.

I have long hair as well, but not quite as long as yours. Mine is only down to my buttocks. I unfortunately have no good suggestions for you. I have a girlfriend who has long hair like yours and she just wears it down all the time. She does not braid it. It looks really good but HIGH maintenance.
I am cutting my hair this month for locks of love - when you do decide to cut it - check them out and let your gorgeous hair go for a great cause!

I have long hair also but not as long as yours. I'm sure your hair is beautiful. Please don't cut it if others try to pressure you into getting it cut. They are just jealous. I like very long hair pulled back in a ponytail with a colorful scrunchy. Long hair also looks nice up in a bun for dressy occasions. They sell so many pretty barrettes now that also add a little style to your hair. Enjoy!

you should either cut it and get a nice short hair cut or style it with the curling iron or do a nice up do

I think you should cut off some of the length to below the bra strap in the back and get bangs straight across.

This is exactly why I cut my long hair...there's nothing you can do with long hair. Your options are very limited. You should consider cutting it, it would refresh your look and would be easier to maintain.

swetie you are lucky dont cut it at all!! put it in one braid or put it up in a bum.
