Any pulled muscle: Keep it cool for 24 hours to try to limit swelling. After 24 hours apply hot for three minutes then cold for one minute to increase circulation to aid in getting waste products from the damage away, and to help get healing started,(do this hot and cold as often as you can, the more the better)then try to keep the area warm to relax it, and try to rest it so you won't further damage the muscle. Maybe an arm sling to help immobilize, or a loose wrap to support and warm would help. Healing takes time.

that's going to heal, yet because you employ that muscle wide-spread you would possibly want to wrap your hand to deter flow. Pulled muscle tissues suck, truly in places that you employ them alot, yet justtry now to not bypass it alot for the subsequent week or so. because that's not a tendon orbone, wrapping it wont do a lot. regardless of the indisputable fact that it would want to help you retain it from shifting alot, like I reported, and also you may say you purchased in a strive against and its an damage :D

Heat and massage. I suggest you find a good masseuse who will provide a deep pressure massage to work out the knot. Do not work it until it is stretched and back to normal. In other words, rest it.
