Well, when a girl is a teenager, all she cares about is his looks and personality, but then sometimes that isn't enough. When she gets older and she starts thinking about a long steady relationship, she looks at his financial status, his personality, his looks, and definitely how intellectual and independent he is...
that's all I can think of, but this is the very basics...

there are thousands of things i like in a man (my bf for example), but there is only one thing i love: HIM.
i have never looked at a rich man because i am afraid they are too shallow and that they tend to think they can do anything just because they are rich, so from my point of view a lack of money is really a must :)
also i really like man who are confident with them selves, a real turn on, funny and who can make me feel at ease and protected.
