No, it's not better for you to work out in the morning. But they have done studies that shows that people who work out in the mornings are more likely to stick with their excercise program. That's all. For some people like me who are not morning people at all, I stick to it better when I work out after work.

I think that it's mentally better for you, because you get it out of the way and you feel good about yourself the rest of the day. You don't have to worry about whether or not you'll have time later in the day to work out. It will help you to have a more positive attitude for the rest of the day. However, I don't think it will help you burn more calories or anything like that. If you can get yourself to go sleep earlier, then go for the morning workout. Good luck!

The only difference is that working out in the morning gives you more energy for your day. It wakes you up more and helps start your day but as far as making you stronger or lose more weight there is no difference.

that's what i've been wondering. i don't see how they're any different, but i've heard you burn fat faster in the morning.
