blocked it thankfully only getting a cut on my hand....my concern shes a prostitute is there a reason i should go to the hospital Ive recently about 1 year ago had a tetnus shot?

Ok... a) tetnus shots are for things like cuts from rusty metal, b) they don't protect against STI's, and c) don't be ignorant.
That said- go to the hospital if you suspect you may have come in contact with her body fluid. They can run tests to see if you contracted anything.

If you suspect there was a transfer of her body fluids to your body fluids I would get tested by a professional. A tetnus shot does not prevent AIDS.
