they pee from the urethra like anyone else.
There is a difference in the urethra and the vagina...a big difference. The vagina isn't connected to the bladder in any way. It's connected to the uterus.
in men the urethra is in the penis, but in women it's the hole above the vagina. In hermaphrodites they still have a separate urethra and vagina, they just have a penis type urethra.

Hermaphrodites come in all sorts of configurations.
Some have a penile urethra.
It's unusual to have true hermaphrodites, but intersex conditions are quite common.
It's quite possible to have an otherwise-normal woman with a full penile urethra. It's much more common, however, in a female with other male characterisitics.
