you all ready know the answer, you're just asking on here because you want a shortcut as you know the only way to do it is well boring,
healthy diet and exercise.
it's that simple.
always consult your docter before a change in diet and life style, they will be able to give you a diet plan for your needs.

You need to eat about 500 calories less in your diet and men need in the range of 2100 to 2500 calories a day. Plus you should do some cardio like walking on a treed mill or exercise bike and gradually build endurance so eventually you can burn 500 calories in a single session on any cardio machine. If you cut this much calories or burn them it will add up to 7000 calories in week and if you don't know this but a pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Also you need to eat no more then 100 carbs a day to really lose weight and these carbs need to come from low glycemic foods like apples, grapefruit and any green vegatable and when you get to a decent weight that you like then start including more carbs but good ones.

I'm doing a calculation to translate in metres and kgs because I'm more used to these measures: it means 107 kgs of weight and 1.92 of height. According to BMI, your weight should be between 73 kgs (160 pounds) and 92 kgs (203 pounds). Try to practice sports and to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and to avoid chocolates, fried food and fat foods.
Anyway you are very tall, I would like to be as tall as you! Instead I'm only 5ft 3'' how sad!

Walk. Walk for 30 to 45 minutes a day at a brisk pace and it will come off. Sit-ups, push-ups, and walking will get you the most results. If you want to build up your arms, after you have done regular push-ups for a couple of weeks, start doing Tricep push-ups.
