You don't say how much weight you need to loose in a month.
But for starterers.....count the fat grams...don't have more than 35 a day. Drink more water, stay off sodas and alcohol. Limit you salt intake. Use low fat dairy products. Get more fiber in your diet. And the best thing of all.....WALK!!! That will make you loose inches verses weight.

here is the ultimate diet. Its nice and simple. It works 100% of the time.
EAT LESS, EXCERSIZE MORE. thats it. thats all you have to do. Dont go back for seconds. Dont drink a 2 liter of coke a day. Get off your butt and work out/do active stuff. its not hard. i lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks with this method, and im already pretty slim.
every diet on the planet focuses around this idea, someway or another.

Change your eating habits, change your excercise routine, do cardio (aerobic) excercises, toneyour body, do light weight lifting, keep up the good work and have determination to accomplish your goals.
