I have 38DD's and am in need of a really supportive sports bra so that I can run. I really enjoy running, but it's not very comfortable to have your breasts hit you in the face=).
I have several different bras, but I can't find one that is extra supportive, I have even used regular bras, but they aren't that great either.
Any suggestions would be really appriciated...Thanks.

My ex wife, and my oldest daughter are athletic and kinda' in the same "situation".
I would recommend that you try out different manufacturers of sports bras, as they all fit just a bit differently, and (I've been told), this messes with the "support" parameters.

My daughter tells me that the best thing to do is shop around, try on different brands, and then "jump around" in the dressing room in a way similar to the way you would anticipate would be the case in your sport/activity.

Best wishes, and I hope this helps.

Ok, so I've never really had this problem (32 AAA...) and only have had problems finding "real" bras, not sports ones. But my cross country team and I swear by Champion bras. They make many styles-look online to find more than stores offer- and make types varying from "Medium motion control" to "high motion control." If you really can't find any that work well enough on their own, then you really should try doubling up-a couple larger busted friends say it's fine, and is much better than going with a single sports bra. Good luck finding some!

Get a enell sports bra. Its made for us busty woman! i'm the exact same size as you and im tellin ya, once you put the bra on your boobs arent moving anywhere! ITS WONDERFUL! its pricey, but very worth it! When i used reg sports bras i felt i couldn't job as long as i knew i could mainly because my breasts would start to hurt from all the running. but this bra totally solves that problem. GO to www.enell.com. They dont sell the bras by your original bra size. They converted each measurment to simple numbers. You would probably be a size 2 or 3. g luck on finding one!

I am a 32C and wear Champion brand sports bras exclusively. they make several different shapes and fits so I recommend looking at what they have. Go to a specialty sports store, they do have sports bra fitting specialists.
Good luck

Not my area of expertise, but my wife has the same problem. Unfortunately you'll have to keep trying until you find one you like. You can try something in the Under Armour line. She had some success with their stuff. I've known runners to double up, but that can't be too comfortable...
