you can keep salmon in the freezer for about six months to a year, only if it is vacuum sealed or the fish is in a zip lock bag filled with fresh water (water protects the fish from freezer burn). if you just wrap it up and freeze it then only a month.

Salmon will stay in a freezer until the freezer rusts through and the salmon falls out. Depending on the location of the freezer this could take hundreds, if not thousands of years.
edit: I am assuming the salmon is sealed in a zip lock freezer bag

I buy my salmon in bulk then vacuum pack it and it is good for over a year as long as you get a good seal.

No more than a few weeks. I made the mistake of leaving some in for a couple months and it wasn't fit to eat when I opened it.

I ususally go by the expiration date, but also the longer you keep seafood in the freezer the less fresh it is. Which sounds rhetorical, but can really be tasted more so with seafood.

About two months. Fish has enzymes in it which makes it deteriote faster than meat, which can be stored for about six months.

If it was properly frozen, and not thawed, then... forever.
