I keep getting spam messages about hoodia, but what is it anyway?

It's another fad diet pill made from the cactus plant "hoodia".

When taken, it alters the nerves in the brain to make it believe you are full. Basically put, it's an food suppressant diet pill.

Though, currently, there haven't been in major side effects, but it's still new on the market and reports of longevity side effects cannot be accounted for just yet.

Though, even if there are no side effects, the real problem is fooling the mind into believing the stomach is full. What you will be doing is starving your body of the nutrients it requires to function properly. Thereby, increasing your chances for health problems as well as slowing the body's metabolic rate which is the opposite of what's needed to lose weight. Starving to lose weight is NEVER a good idea.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
