retrograde ejaculation? being able to push everything out after cuming?

is it possible after having a urethra surgery for someone to ejaculate and nothing come out and then afterwards be able to control when to push it out?

Yes possible but it doesnt happen like that very often. Usually it need to be suctioned out.
