Babysitting Services Online--Any Experiences?

We can't seem to find a regularly available sitter and are considering using babysitters.com or sittercity.com.

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on one or the other? Thanks.

I have used Sittercity.com, gonannies.com and nannies4hire.com

You can also try craigslist.org They have a childcare section with tons of people looking for babysitting jobs, and it's totally free too! I know the above sites I mentioned were free for nannies seeking a position, but I am not sure if families seeking a nanny have to pay for the service?
