Ok so I'm old, and old fashioned but a feminine, sexy dress/skirt does it for me, as long as you can walk properly in a dress, so many women when wearing a dress still walk as if in jeans and it can look cheap. If this makes no sence to you wear jeans.

Oooo good question.... Jeans are good .... but a problem getting off in a hurry.... I would have to go for a very chic retro 30's dress.... Black and white with matching Mary Jane's and a neck scarf and hat..... Hot and accessible....
Sorry didnt notice it was movie and dinner....Lose the hat....

depends on the situation and what restaurant you would be going to some restaurants you want the girl to look more feminine and not showing her figure but sense its a movie date if your not going to a formal wear restaurant you should wear something that will turn the guy on some
