My dad kidnies are failing. his blood type is B-, mine is AB+ is there any way my kidny would work for him?

No! your kidney will not work on your dad. Your dad's antibody against your blood type will attack the kidney causing acute rejection. In addition, your Rh grouping is different. Your dad's anti-D antibody will attack your D component of your Rh grouping.

No, you would have to have his exact type or have type O blood because it is compatible with all others.
