I was arrested in December 2005 for driving with a suspended license. My sentence was 24 hours of community service. I have not completed the service hours and my case is about to expire. Since I have not completed the hours, what are the consequences? Will I get arrested? Jail time? Fine? I'm so scared!

If you don't have the hours done, you MIGHT be given an additional chance to complete the hours. The judge might, instead, order you to serve jail time since you failed to serve the hours. Here in Indiana, you would be sentenced to 3 days in jail for failure to complete 24 hours of community service.

a million)No statute of obstacles. 2) The decide will possibly be disillusioned along with her if he /she continues to be on the bench. If the decide retired then she could get a distinctive decide that must be sturdy or undesirable. She could have an criminal expert report a action to quash the warrant and ask the court to schedule in a contravention listening to. If it quite become one grimy urine try, she is and has been sparkling and has no longer be in any difficulty considering that she could no longer be that undesirable off. regrettably, she ought to upward thrust as much as 7 years so there is danger in touch!!!! yet I doubt that a decide could do this if each and all the above aspects are actual. that's approximately each and all the loose suggestion i will supply you. that's in basic terms my opinion.

My suggestion is to take you **** off Yahoo answers and go do your community service hours.

If you don't then whatever happens to you happens to you - and deservedly so. Obvioulsy you have little regard for the law because you were driving on a suspended license.
