You will not if you do not get some exercise. Exercise is very important in loosing weight. Brisk walking (4 mi/hr) for one hour daily should help you immensly. You have to burn those calaries.

You cut them down too much! Doctors recommend no LESS then 1200 calories a day for anyone. Your body is going to go into starvation mode cause it to hold every calorie it can get. You should consume somewhere between 1400 and 1600 calories a day and drink LOTS of water. Add in some cardio even if its just a 30 minute walk. You shouldnt lose more then 2 lbs a week. That is a healthy number to go by.

With this amount your body may go into survival mode and start to store fat. People have to learn to eat! Go here; http://www.mypyramid.gov/
Enter the information asked for on the Right, it give a recommended Calorie intake. With exercise, and it can be just daily get off the couch stuff, You may be able to drop from the recommended calorie intake by -400 calories. But, Read what food you NEED to eat. Heck, if it say you need 1800 calories, you can eat a McD's Meal Deal and be done for the day, this is NOT the food you need for your calories. Good Luck!

Your body needs calories to burn cutting your cal count down so much is actually bad for you. You need to eat 6 small meals daily so your metabolism stays running. Drink more water and NO soda's regular or diet. Try to keep your food intake around 1500 calories. And of course you have to exercise. Should see results in aboput 4 weeks

Yow... 900? Talk to a nutritionist. That might not be healthy and cause negative effects.

My nutritionist had me on 1200/day and my trainer was surprised - he thought it was too low at 1200!

That said, I began to see results in about 2 weeks and shortly thereafter I started getting lots of comments about the weight loss. Good luck!!

900 calories is not healthy. You need at least 1200 and will see results with that. After you dip below that, your body actually starts using your muscle as energy instead of your fat and you will get very sick.

You NEVER!!!! want to cut your calories that low!!! your body will become catabolic(it will eat its own muscle for food) and you will never see the definition you want. Get your calorie intake around 1800 to 2200, stick with the weights and alternate weight days with moderate cardio. Get about 40% of your calories from protein 40% from carbs and 20% from fat.
