In Texas, what is the maximum sentence for second offence shop lifting (Class B Misdemeanor)? Is there any way to insure that you could get less than the maximum, (like just probation and comunity service) and how would you go about that?

A hefty fine 2 years probation & 50 hrs. community service. Possible 6 months county time. No way to guarantee I won't get the max. Best bet is get a good lawyer. Any other offences? If so that comes in to play. Depends on a few things. Pryor convictions, the Judge U get, what U stole & stole before. Also U lawyer. Never lie to Ur lawyer or Ur Dr. I would get the best Lawyer U can & keep a job. Stay out of trouble. I'm guessing that Ur young. Do your self a favor & get Ur life in order. U get in trouble again & U have garented time. Good luck, I hope this helps U. Praying won't hurt either.
