What kind of surgery was it, all i know is it has something to do with urethra surgery and the guy can hold in his ejaculation until he let's it out...is that possible?

some guys can hold theirs without surgery- they blow bigger loads by letting it build up.

to Malva, it's the same hole. unlike women, men only have one opening, for both semen and urine to flow.
