I feel like i have looked everywhere online and in town and still with no luck. I am looking for ne that is a front receiver mount style that takes the slide in recevier.

you should be able to find anything you need at JC Whitney,,they have specific mounting applications or tons of universal products,,,,plus they're great with shipping
