i have drainage of the retum but no pain?

I have a problem with drainage out of my rectum but there is no pain.

you should go to a gastroenterologist its possible that the muscles of the rectum have become so relaxed as to allow the drainage....just have it checked out
Not having pain is no clue to many things that can be wrong with someone.
