Symptoms: Severe sore throat unable to swallow and you feel blah.
To avoid getting tonsillitis you should gargle every morning and before bed with warm salt water or a anti-bacterial mouthwash like Listerine.

I used to have alot of issues with my tonsils. They would swell up, get red and I would get spots on them. Similar to sprep throat. I eventually had them removed. Honestly resting, lots of liquids and gargling salt water would usually help.
