Call her vet, the one you normally take her to, they will instruct you one what to do, if there is anything you can do. It doesn't sound like she is in pain. Your parents may have to leave work if the vet thinks there is cause.

I'm sorry she is feeling this way. If it is truly her time it may not have made a difference that she was left outside.

Just be with her, call her vet and keep her comfortable.

I would let her warm up and give the vet a call. He can ask you specific questions about her condition and determine if she needs to be seen.

She probably didn't sleep well last night and is probably tired and not particularly hungry or thirsty. She's probably a little uncomfortable as well. Dogs are pretty hardy creatures, though. That doesn't mean that we should deliberately test this, but accidents happen--none of us are perfect and anyone can forget or make a mistake. Not one person who owns a dog has never made some sort of a mistake along the way, and anyone who says or implies differently is a liar.

I believe that your dog will be just fine within a few hours. Keep a close eye on her, keep her indoors and warm, let the vet know what happened and follow his advice. Cut yourself a break and don't beat yourself up with blame. You didn't leave your dog outside on purpose. Learn from what happened, do what needs to be done for your dog, and move on and do better from now on.

You need to call your parents and let them know what happened. They should be calling the vet for advices, and follow thru.
It could be that she got very cold during the night, no one can't tell for sure.
She did make it to her bed, that's where she wants to be, put a blanked over her for extra warmth, and let her rest. You already have the food and water near her in case she wants any.
From what you're saying, she doesn't appear to be in pain, and/or under distress, so she might just be tired, and might not have a medical problem.
If she's dieing, there may not be anything that anyone can do to stop it. Just let her rest, and be calm. She knows your near.
Thanks for caring!

Definitely call the vet. And like someone said before, get her in some blankets. Put food and water by her. She may be dying...but my thought is that she's exausted and freezing. I think she'll be okay...just make sure that you warm her up...she may be very nervous, too. So pet her and reassure her that she'll be okay by talking to her.

Call your parents at work and tell them what happened; this dog needs to get to a vet ASAP. Keep her warm and stay with her but make sure an adult is notified and does something.

She is old but I don't think she is dying, she's just not hungry.Let her stay in her bed as long as she wants. If by chance she is going, there's nothing you can do,she'll just go to sleep. At 12 she's had a long dog life.Did you call one of your parents?Just do what they say.Or just stay on Yahoo Answers and let the dog rest.....Good idea huh?

Get another dog. Like humans, dogs get emotionally attached to each other. Your older dog was like an older sibling to your 2 year old dog. You should take your dog on walks, and do some fun stuff with him or her. Like get it a new toy of it's favorite kind. And then get a new dog. But the new dog should be a bit older than the younger one, so it gives the younger one the feeling of an older sibling around again. P.S., I'm sorry about your loss. Hope you and your dog feel better

Put some blankets on her to get her warm, and CALL the vet.

Edited to add that you need to call your parents too, and let them help you.

Good luck, and stay calm.
