If I'm arrving from an international flight at Tom Bradley International,how long will it take me to get to Terminal 3 to connect a flight on Alaska Airline to Portland ?

After you clear customs, it's a quick 5 minute walk (turn left after you leave TBIT). T3 is adjacent to TBIT. Unfortunately, you'll have to reclear security, but for most of the day T3 is pretty light.
Note, depending on time of day, it might take you up to 90 minutes from the time they open the door of your plane to when you actually leave TBIT. Plan accordingly.

yes its quick walk from the tom Bradley terminal to Terminal 3
but I would like to remind you not *all international flights
arrive at Tom Bradley -some flights clear Customs at Terminal 2,
some clear at Terminal 6 or 7..
which means a longer walk for you
check with your airline to see what terminal your flight arrives at..
