I have just bought an external natural rubber catheter for my father who is paralyzed. Are these for a single use only?

Also more info, links about this problem and about caring for paralyzed persons would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, there are no instructions on the box, and the pharmacy employees also didn't know anything about this...

Thanks,
M.

I have prostate cancer and wear one and it just needs to be emptied when full. It should have a nozzle at the end, left opens, right closes

The purpose of catheters is multi-use. You'll need to replace it once a day to avoid infections.
