No they won't get the computer, you didn't sign for the computer payment and you don't know where she is anymore. Keep using your computer and when they send bill, put it in a box untill its full and then mail it to your sister, lol.
They can't get into your house and ask for the computer back and they can't take you to court because you didn't any sign any contract with them. However, stop paying for the computer, you're only wasting your effort to be responsible by paying to her.
By the way, most stores don't just sign out their computer systems without having a backbone to rely on like your sister's credit card information or bank account information. I'm sure they do have these informations on file before they can release their computer to her, they will eventualy charge her account somehow, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Enjoy the gift !!!

Send the money directly to the company your sister got the computer. Don't rely on her to make the payments. And yes they could take the computer if you don't pay for it but more than likely they will just send you to collections for the remaining balance. They don't have much use for your computer since it is now a used item.

They can come and repo it, they have the right since it's in her name ans she hasn't been making the payments. What you need to do is call the co. and see if you can transfer into your name and make the payments directly. Then talk to your sister about paying you back what she owes you. If she is this hapharzard w/ her money, you probably won't get it, but you do have the right to ask for it.

Maybe you need to sit down and talk with your parents about this. Not for nothing but she is ruining her own credit not yours. And no they won't be coming to repo the computer, they'll just take her to court for money due.

If you have the account number through Dell, pay them directly. It doesn't matter if it's in your name or not - they don't care who they get the money from.

Yes they can take it away. It's not in your name and you have no proof of payment. Stop giving your sister money and spend it on yourself instead.

They don't care about whats been going on between you and your sister. All they want is their money. So yes they will come after what is rightfully theirs. Shame on your sister.
