Something maybe low-fat, low-calorie, low-sugar. I can't find one I like. Which one have you tried that you thought was awful? I tried Hidden Valley low-fat ranch and hated it.

I like the low fat Italian. Low fat ranch is awful, I think I'd rather just eat the plain lettuce, but the Italian isn't bad, neither is the balsamic vinaigrette. =)

The type of oil a dressing has is just as important as the calorie or sugar content. The way the body processes these oils can cause many problems and indirectly create weight issues. Beware of the so called diet dressings. If they contain soybean, canola (rape weed), cottonseed oils, do NOT buy them. These oils are not only high in Omega 6 fatty acids, but are most likely genetically engineered to benefit the suppliers and growers, not your health and are hydrogenated. The hydrogenation creates a situation where your body absorbs these like good oils, but in fact combines with coronary calcium to clog your arteries. It's like eating commercial beef that is high in omega 6 fatty acids contained in the fats of the animal; same results. It is very difficult to find a good salad dressing; even health food stores are loaded with soy products that are very harmful to the body. Canola oils are 100 x more toxic to the body because of the way it is processed that it should be avoided at all costs! Olive oil is very good for you and mixed with a quality vinegar, like balsamic vinegar can be quite tasty. The bottom line is that you need to make your own dressing if you want to be healthy and know what is going into it. I also suggest eating grass fed beef because it is high in omega 3 fatty acids that help you lose weight. Also, taking betaine HCL & a tomato activator after each meal will insure you that your food is being digested and the weight will come off. Additionally, doing this will methylate your cells and could add many, many years to your life.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
