doing anything which requires the hand to be in the same position - simple task like holding a broom or even managing the mouse also causes it to "cramp" , doesn't take long for it to start cramping (within 4 - 5 minutes),

.it could be RSI, repetitive strain injury. is a loose group of conditions from overuse of the computer, guitar, knife or similar motion or tool. It is an occupational overuse syndrome affecting muscles, tendons and nerves in the arms and upper back. The condition in which it occurs is when muscles in these areas are kept tense for very long periods of time, due to poor posture and/or repetitive motions. It is most common among assembly line and computer workers. Good posture, ergonomics and limiting time in stressing working conditions can help prevent or halt the progress of the disorder. Stretches, strengthening exercises, massages and biofeedback training to reduce neck and shoulder muscle tension can help heal existing disorders. I use Carisoprodol (Soma) to help ease the pain. I buy Carisoprodol online without a prior prescription at BuyCarisoprdolOnline.Com. They are US licensed and located so you can order with confidence!

Probably nothing serious but check it out, Yes anything you do that requires your hand to be in the same position or repeat the same task will cause cramps. Next, if you have cramps you should try eating bananas OR if you don't like bananas try a daily supplement of Magnesium (about 500mg) you can get this at a dollar store. Both will help you with cramps. Good Luck>

this might be the beginning of carpal tunnel. you might want to advise your physician before it gets worse. also, go on line and find some strengthening exercises for your wrists..both of them. one day, you might need to rely on your left one and you want it to be strong.
