I take Yahoo Answers very seriously and if this is a silly question then will you're wasting your time but if you're serious then here's my answer...
If he's gone crazy, have the pupils and teachers witness it. It might be his school but the pupils are at stake so some other autority has to come into it.
If you cannot get somone then get your parents to make a complaint as quick as you can.

if he is a 'head' teacher he would probably find more appreciative students in an asylum!

No because we all are to a certain degree.
It is a function of information overload in our 21st century schizoid society.
I taught college for 20 years and people think I'm crazy too. Until I become a danger to myself or others it's a rather difficult process to commit me.

You have to be crazy to be a Head Teacher these days in the UK.
Get a Doctor, a Magistrate and a Cop to have him certified and put away......

i've thought over the years, that there is a fine line between calm and crazy with a lot of educational staff. the things the kids are subjected to, is ridiculous. there should be a psychological test that educators have to pass. this will cut down on many child molestation cases.

lol you'd have to have evidence that he's harming himself or his students in a way that's mentally ill and report it. Have other people report it too.
