I have very oily hair. I wash it at night say around 10:30 like last night and wake up this a.m. and on the top of my head my hair is oily. It's always been this way. Do you have any suggestions? I don't use any mousses gels or anything. I do straighten my hair maybe 3 times a week. I have thick wavy hair and can't stand the frizz!!! I hate taking a shower in the a.m. so since I'm a stay at home mom I get to wear a hat. I also have oily skin. I wash my face in the a.m. and in the p..m. Thanks so much for your time.

Sounds weird but try tieing your hair up with a cotton scarf may reduce the oil in the a.m.

I have the opposite problem. So I tie my hair up with satin scarf.

Don't forget to skip the conditioner or use a lighter one. Like a daily.

hi, I think u should not only thinkin of havin a shower but try to find the product that will make u feel better. I dont know if u tried Head and shoulders(menthol) or any shampoo's for oily hair but u definetily should. for the oily skin u should also use a good cleaner. ask the pharmacetic persons, personnaly i think if u dont have enough money and u dont get acne so u dont have to go to a doctor. Otherwise if, after tryin all sugestions and nothin works with u. U GOT to go to.... the DOCTOR. @+

this might sound weird but...I read in a magazine to use 1/2 a cup of Scope mouthwash every 2 days on your hair if it is oily. Wash hair like normal and rinse...pour mouthwash over head and massage into hair, rinse

also...don't use a lot of conditioners...they tend to add to the problem
