Well I have read about this issue and all I read said no there is nothing wrong with anal,, and for sure if it ever have any effects it wont be in her mouth,,, I hope you are not very much into blow jobs lol,, just kidding

you may have damaged the shpincter muscle which controls bowel movements . do you use lots of lubrication?
you should stop having anal sex.
