Personally I would not go to a saloon to have my hair done. Most people there have had too much to drink. I prefer to go to a salon.
Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
I usually go to Fantastic Sam's. I just get a regular hair cut and it is usually fine. I don't have a lot of money to spend on extras, like my hair.

You can try Color Bar.
Their director used to be from Le Salon.
They have experienced and creative stylists to directors, for you to choose. Prices definitely reasonable.
