You can probably do it. The easiest way would be to put the card into your digital camera and then hook your camera up to your computer via USB cables. Then, open My Computer and amongst the harddrive and CD-ROM, etc. you should see your camera.Open up the folders until you find the folder holding the pics. Then open up the location of your pics on your PC or home computer. Click and drag from the PC folder to the camera folder (right-click/drag and then select Copy) and this should transfer a copy of the pics from your computer to your digital card.

You may be able to do this directly with the picture frame and cut out the digital camera. Also, some picture frames have their own memory, so you can transfer the pics from the comp to the frame directly without a digital cards. Good luck.

Yes. If you have a simple card reader of the type that you can plug into a USB port, your computer will treat it as a hard drive.

You can use Windows Explorer, go to My Computer, and see the memory card. You can then copy and paste onto the card from the folder location on your computer.

Now, not knowing any of your gear or software, you could have a problem with file type compatibility. If you haven't done anything other than load the pictures from the camera/card onto the computer, you should be able to load them back onto the card (or another card) and view them elsewhere.

I have done this with pictures taken on a Nikon and moved to my pc.
