The US doesn't want to catch up to Osama. The worst thing imaginable could happen if they did catch him: they would have to let him go for lack of evidence.

There is no solid evidence he perpetrated 9/11.

The US doesn't want to catch him. He's like Santa. He's an image you believe in. As long as he's out there (Osama, not Santa) he's a threat and justifies invading another country. Look at what's going on in Somalia right now. The US somehow finds some more troops and equipment to blow up more people because out of the blue, Al-Qaida is in Africa now. If Osama was ever actually caught, the US would be like a kid just learning there is no Santa. Now what do we do?, who do we blame?

September 11, the US was looking for any way to blame Sadam. Because they knew where he was and they wanted a war with Iraq. Meetings were in full swing on planning an invasion of Iraq before the smoke even settled in New York. Sadly for them, Osama came out of the bushes to take credit and the whole "War on Terror" and "Axis of Evil" came to be. America never really wanted to invade Afghanistan but knew they had to as a stepping stone to Iraq. Military personnel and their lives are dispensable.

Sorry folks but that's the truth. Do a little bit of research and you'll find out just how screwed up all of this really is.

I personaly believe Osama is already caught alive and is secretly held imprisoned by U.S., in some unknown place, like in the case of Saddam, and shall be produced at a right time. After all good players always play their cards at the right time. lets wait and watch..by the way do you believe the story of Saddam emerging from a cave alive possessing millions of u.s.dollars. could it had been possible for a head of a war stricken poor country to escape the modern chasing technology of mighty America...and its business partners...

I personally believe Osamma Bin Laden is dead. Al-Qaeda is keeping this hushed to use Bin Laden's name as a continued force to build its numbers. The thinking is something like.., "even the great America can not take Bin Laden, as he outwits them at every turn".

As I said - I believe Binny is dead as a tree stump. There are no new images of him, and as for voice recordings, they can use professional voice impersonators. The poor quality of what few recordings were made are so bad, that experts can not detect a fake from the real.
