A higher than normal number of white blood cells (leukocytosis) may not directly cause symptoms, but the high number of cells can be an indication of a disease such as an infection or leukemia.
Do not be alarmed though, I have more white blood cells than red all the time, though I am unwell, it's not fatal.
I suffer from anemia and as I cannot take oral iron supplements I have to have iron infusions quite regularly, it may be that you just need a course of iron tablets. Or you could have some other equally treatable condition. Your doctor will know what to do with your results and you will need to discuss with him/her any other symptoms you have.
I'm sure you will be fine, don't worry.

I'm not sure you could actually have wbc's at a higher concentration than rbc's. But, an elevated white blood cell (wbc) count is a sign of infection. You would not know your blood cell counts unless you had your blood tested at a lab, which is ordered by a doctor. So, I'd suggest you ask the doctor that ordered the blood test to explain your results. Here's a great website about blood:

high white blood cell count is a sign of some infection, it's a normal defence mechanism the body has

very high white blood cell count, so high that they start attacking red blood cells, is generally caused by leukemia

obviously if you had this tested it was because a doctor asked for these tests, and obviously he/she should be in a position to advise you based on the results, right?

good luck
