go back to sleep. Rest is the best cure. If you must be awake, eat foods with bread/cereals. they absorb better to help settle the stomach.
Next time remember, liquor to beer you are in the clear, beer to liquor your getting sicker

Hangovers are a mild form of dehydration so try to drink lots of water. Yes I know it comes right back up but it will eventually stop doing that and you will still need water. The truth is there are no miracle cures. Food helps the morning after, especially foods with complex carbohydrates (such as cereals and breads) that help replenish blood sugar and ease an upset stomach. Good Luck>

Get somebody to get you some potassium Gluconate vitamin pills from the drug store. Then since you're already vomiting, crush two up and drink it slowly in something non-acidic. Bananas, tomatoes, yogurt, and cucumbers also have potassium so they are common hangover cures. Personally I like tomato juice with some powdered ginger.
DON'T chug. Your body thinks you're trying to poison it right now so drinking great quantities of water fast will just make you barf more.
Poor thing. Good luck!

I'm sorry darlin' but you're going to have to sit this one out, just keep sipping cold water until your body rehydrates.
NEXT TIME: When you get home from a night out drink a pint of cold water with a couple of aspirin before bed. I used to own a bar and was drinking every night without hangovers the morning after. Works every time, but if you get bad effects mixing drinks, don't mix them.

Try a bit more beer. Maybe it will balance out!
Jello? Apple juice? Brush your teeth? Pepto Bismol?
I think its more than a hangover! I think its the flu! Someone might of drank straight out of the bottle some time ago and now your sick.

Sounds like you mixed the wrong combination of alcoholic drinks at a time when you body's system couldn't take it. The toxic effect is just what you describe. You are lucky this time that you are still alive to feel the hangover. Don't worry they will continue to get worse if you keep drinking.
Sorry only time will help you get over the hangover. Rest. Let time do it's thing.

Miracles I have none, but if you continue to throw up past noon, go see a doctor. They have anti-emetics and iv fluids... Bacterial poisoning can also cause the same symptoms, and you will quickly dehydrate if you don't keep some water down.
Gatorade or other sports drinks will help if you can keep them down.

I know this may sound odd but my recommendation for the best hangover cure is "Pedialyte Ice-Pops" Their cost is about $7 for a 12 pack box. They loaded with electrolyes designed especially for toddlers... alcoholic toddlers!!!LOL I don't regularly choose to drink too much, but if I do, these tasty pops are the instant cure for the head pounding hangover you had.
