i dont think you can continue the same downlaod.
Use a downlaod manager if you are having such problems.
A free and decent download manager can be found at.
www.freedownloadmanager.org

Well....... you can;t resume and let that be a lesson. Now go download anyone of these which are the top ones and use them to download files:
1. DAP (free)
2. Internet download manager (trial but the best one)
3. Free download manager
4. Flashget (shareware)
5. Fresh download ( Free)
Download any one from www.download.com

I also use Firefox but according to what I know, Firefox doesnt have any such feature to continue disconnected downloads. If you have some extentions installed then you might be able to recover the file but pure Firefox doesnt have this feature.

Use DAP 8.0 for such downloads, it can be downloaded free from
