Think before you speak, and write all those things you want to say, but know you shouldn't in a journal which you keep under lock and key and burn when it is full.

Much of this can be solved if you just THINK before you open your yap.
You're looking for attention. What better way to get it than by being a loudmouth a**hole?
If you really need an outlet, try answering questions on this site. You could wild with some of the things they ask here.
But, in your personal life, just remember, one day an uninvited comment could lead to a bust in the chops.

Silence is Diamond !
People who search for joy in unnecessary verbal communications are always disappointed. Desires and cravings begin in the mind and motivate the senses to contact objects. That is why trying to control the senses alone will not be effective.
The first step is to convince the mind and senses that it is necessary to withdraw. To do this, you must find out why the mind is running in the external world. You will discover that the mind and senses keep busy in the external world-or resort to step-in order to escape from reality, which is painful. This external search for peace is very tiring and, sooner or later, the mind stops to rest. Rest feels good. If the mind can be made to see and acknowledge the effect of rest, it will begin developing a willingness to rest and withdraw the senses.
When we pull in the mind and senses voluntarily with the thread of knowledge, we experience true relaxation. After the mind experiences the joyful stillness in the body, it can be successfully instructed to look within for the true source of happiness.

Saying what one thinks is natural. However, making it known to others or being very vocal is completely different.
Do not be discourage by this minor flaw. When you are alone it is okay to say whatever is on your mind. When in the company of others, refrain from making comments that you know will hurt that person's feelings or make you look like an outcast.
Self control on your part would be the first step, literally "bitting your tongue" would be the next.

Well not everyone is like you. Unfortunatly I am, anything and everything on my mind seems to slip out one way or another. However it's not a matter of keeping quiet. Just choose your words better, or even in the tone you say it might help. But keeping shut, impossible. :)

I think that if you keep a journal then you could express how you feel. Read the jornal out loud when your done. It may help, give it a try!

I like the journal idea. When you express yourself in writing, maybe you won't feel such a need to express yourself in speaking.
Alternately, you might choose to express yourself to someone who can keep your secrets in confidence, like a counselor.

We can't help you....your mother would've tough you better when you were little. To respect others feelings!! Good Luck you'll need it when you find someone that will knock you down when you can't control your nasty comments to yourself. If you don't have anything nice to say is better not to say anything

yes i think this little hard, when you are talkative, you want that you always right but first let the other talk it means be a listener only and listen for their conversation even you want to, control.
