As amazing as this may sound, they actually use Mercedes in Germany. And I'm talking about new ones not old ones.
I used to have some business contacts in Germany and I was once told that it would be smart and cheaper to go over there to buy a new Mercedes and have it imported into the USA.
Which, after thinking about it, made complete sense. Mercedes, BMW's and Porsche to German car makers are what Ford, Chevy and Buick are to us.

Any vehicle with enough seats can be used as a taxi. Minivans have become very popular due to their seating and luggage capacity.
