I've only used Sally Hansen Hard as Nails. That worked. Don't try the prenatal vitamins, everyone can't take vitamins. I knew a few woman that tried the vitamins and it may them nausea.

It works as well as any other and they do produce great results compared to using nothing or the wrong thing. But, from my experience, their claims to being superior are mostly advertising.

I think it works okay but if you really want to get your nails to grow try taking prenatal vitamins. It will make them long and thick.

my neighbor uses it he got biggest roses on the block year round be careful not breath any dust
