just the meal would put a big smile on my face, the candles etc would just show that extra mile. and also give the hope of something later ;)

Depends on the blokes mood of mind/general psychology .
If he's got a sad psychology he can think anything is sad. If he has a positive psychology he would see the sweetness in the evening.

A LOT WOULD DEPEND ON THE AGE GROUP. MEN LIKE WOMEN LIKE TO BE PAMPERED AND ENJOY THE FACT THAT SOMEONE HAS MADE THE EFFORT FOR THEM. AFTER WORK IT IS NICE TO RELAX SO THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE THE AGENDA.I REMEMBER COMING HOME FROM WORK AND MY GIRLFRIEND WAS COOKING MY FAVOURITE MEAL IN SUSPENDERS AND STOCKINGS, MY FAVOURITE MUSIC, AND THE HOUSE CLEAN. WE HAD A MEAL AFTER I HAD SHOWERED, WENT TO BED AND CUDDLED AND TALKED. NO SEX BUT THAT WAS NOT IMPORTANT, THE MERE FACT THAT SHE HAD TRIED WAS ENOUGH TO MAKE IT ROMANTIC.
