be creative, find her interests. she doesn't need u to buy her stuff, she has her own cash. i dont know what kind of person ur talking about but for example invite her to an open mic cafe? might be something shes never done before....there are low budget ways to entertain a woman, you just have to think. consider her interests.
also BE YOURSELF. she probably has phony people in her face all day trying to be her friend/ boyfriend cuz shes rich. if she senses your sincerity she will be attracted.
