You need to subscribe to film 4, even though it's free. Phone the number on the screen when you try and connect - that should get you signed up!

Film 4 is Free....now
I had the same problem...as my roof aerial did not pick up most channels.
You can either get your Roof Aerial changed to a Digital one, with a longer pole...
or
What i'm doing just for now is
get a Indoor Aerial (battery powered).... I'am using this one....Its excellent

you could try an indoor digital ariel which work well with freeview. Argos give a 16 day moneyback guarantee so if it didn't help you haven't lost anything.

As far as I know, when a new channel comes onto freeview you have to manually tune/search for it and then it will appear.

you don't need to suscribe to it, just re scan your freeview box, if you still cna't get it perhaps you need a better ariel
