I believe the proper term for that is ALLITERATION.

It is defined as "a stylistic device, or literary technique, in which successive words (more strictly, stressed syllables) begin with the same consonant sound or letter."

A perfect example would be "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers."

So it's not just the letter M that benefits from that literary description.

Overusing the letter m would just be .. mmmmmmmmmmmmm - let me see
monstrous - mean - maddening - miserable - mechanical - magnificent - made-up - meddlesome - malignant - mental - manic - merciless - monotonous - mega - misuse -maverick - mawkish - memorable - meritable - messy - metaphysical - methodical - militant - (a) miracle - mysterious.

If you don't use m at all, it would probably be an m-bargo

If you don't care how often you use m, it could be m-ancipation

If you use all the ms and there is none left, your m supply would be m-pty
