Does anyone know of a pain management dr. in the st louis area that will accept blue choice hmo insurance

I suggest you call Blue Choice and ask for a list of pain management doctors who are on their list. Pain management did a world of good for me, I hope it helps you as well.

Go to a good chiropractor. If you go to a medical doctor they will give you a pain reliever or a muscle relaxer. Which will take care of the pain but won't correct the problem. Pain is simply a symptom of another problem in your spine. Pain all be it not pleasant is meant to protect you from doing more harm to you self by restricting movement. Pain killers will only trick your body into thinking that it can do more than it should thus leading to other problems down the road.
