I would like to share with you one of the phenomenal experiences that I had - I started off 2006 with 78 kgs and with a sagging tummy - by end march, i had come down to 66 kgs and came down further to 63kgs. I read a book by Dr. Atkins and changed a few menus (since I live in Asia), and worked on it. My wife's brother in law lost 7 kgs and a few other friends of his also lost 10% of their body weight. Suggest you try it out ! I am not sure about the after effects, but it works for sure !

Look what you need to do is to eat healthy. No hamburgers, fries, hotdogs, pizza. (Junk food) Eat salads and stay away from pork. Turkey and fatfree ham is ok and is good. Lots of vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Stay away from softdrinks, and drinks with sugar. Then exercise at least once a day. Walking is good for you. Start out slowly and build up your walking. You do this and you will lose the weight.

Like you I needed to loose twenty walking and starving myself did not do very much.
I then decided to get in some dancing in three months I lost the twenty pounds and had great fun and met a few nice women.
This may work for you as well.
